NASFED Swimming squads:
Development & Podium Performance forms an integral part of our Strategic Plan. With an enhanced focus on athlete development, NASFED incorporated the Talent Identification & Squad Selection Model, that was approved and adopted by the Swim Selection Committee in 2019.
Swimmers are selected based on FINA points achieved in the past swimming season. Only Namibian Nationals are eligible for selection and the squads will be updated annually at the end of the swimming season.
